With over 30 years of experience as a professional hairstylist, Anna brings passion, dedication, and a deep love for her craft to every client she serves. As a loyal, determined, and enthusiastic business owner and partner, she has built her career on continuous education and a true commitment to excellence.
Anna is proud to work alongside an incredible team of talented women—Donna, Laura, and Kylie—who each bring their own unique skills and creativity to our salon.

With over 30 years of experience behind the chair, Donna Alvarez is a seasoned hair professional and co-owner of Nova Hair Studio, where she’s been creating beauty and building community for the past 20 years. Educated and trained by Redken, Donna brings both technical expertise and creative passion to her craft. She truly enjoys every aspect of hair — from precision cuts to color transformations — and is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Laura Felice

With over 20 years behind the chair, Laura Felice is a passionate and experienced hairdresser specializing in color, highlights, balayage, and precision cuts. Known for her artistry and attention to detail, Laura brings out the best in every client—whether it's creating a sun-kissed balayage, transforming a style with a fresh cut, or crafting elegant bridal updos for the big day. Kylie is a motivated and talented junior stylist with a natural eye for color and a passion for bringing her clients’ vision to life.
